Lyndal Kreidler, President and Vice President of Recruiting and Operations
Lyndal brings over twelve years experience in the staffing industry. She has worked as director of operations, regional manager, branch manager and technical recruiter for international staffing companies ranging from $12M to $60M. In addition to experience in staffing, Lyndal has experience providing technical management in a variety of environments. Lyndal has extensive international business experience working in both large and small organizations in several countries. Lyndal earned her bachelor's degree from the University of New South Wales, Australia.

 

Jesse Kreidler, Vice President of Business Development
Jesse has more than fourteen years experience in the staffing industry. He has worked in roles including vice president of sales, branch manager and account executive. He has previously managed the P/L of branch offices ranging from $4M - $10M of international staffing firms. In addition to experience in staffing, Jesse served 8 years in the Air National Guard (U.S. Air Force). He earned his bachelor's degree from the University of Utah.

 

Greg Allen, Director of Business Development and Recruiting
Greg brings over ten years of experience in the staffing industry. His roles include both account executive and technical recruiter. His experience includes full life cycle recruiting in a variety of professions, including, but not limited to engineering, oil & gas professionals, information technology, accounting & finance, and technical trainers. He has worked with companies from small start ups to large Fortune 500 companies.

 

Mary Walker, Business Development
Mary Walker brings twenty years human resources experience to DSC Resources. Prior to joining our firm, Mary was the principal of a human resources consulting and coaching practice. She was vice president, human resources and administration for a $60M publically traded software company. Mary has experience working on both sides of the recruiting process (client and vendor). She has experience working for public international, private national, and international non-profit organizations in the areas of legal, high tech, software development, public heatlh and consulting.

 

Tricia Sexton, Technical Recruiter
Tricia brings over 5 years of experience in the staffing industry. She has worked in several roles, including branch manager, staffing manager, staffing specialist and technical recruiter. Tricia has experience recruiting in a variety of professions within the information technology and administrative fields. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Texas A&M University in College Station, TX.
